FastPath™ is a transport logistics “toolbox” that enables a holistic approach to logistics performance improvement.  Developed by Nathan Associates Inc. and Sophia Yu Consulting Inc., with support from the U.S. Agency for International Development, FastPath™ consists of an audit methodology for gathering data and a software application to assess logistics chain performance. FastPath™ can help answer: Where are the bottlenecks of a transportation/freight corridor and what are their causes?  What is the impact of these on logistics performance—time, cost, and reliability? How can performance be improved and good performance be demonstrated to existing or potential customers?  

FastPath™ assists decision-makers to formulate strategies and establish priorities for improving logistics chain performance.  FastPath™ can also be used to evaluate where limited resources can have the greatest impact on time, cost, and reliability for enhancing a port’s competitiveness.
